Taster’s Club – Dry Riesling & Reisling

Billsboro Winery is excited to announce our new Taster’s Club. Each ticket includes a winemaker led tasting for two people of six unique selections from our library, paired with light appetizers or charcuterie. These wines are no longer available to the public. Each duo will take home 6 bottles of wine – one of each varietal tasted. Sessions will run monthly from January through May with each tasting focusing on two to three varietals.
During each session, Billsboro’s owner and winemaker, Vinny Aliperti, will take you beyond the cellar door to discuss how Billsboro’s wines come to life. He will cover everything from vintage to soil conditions, right through fermentation, aging and bottling. These intimate engagements will undoubtedly leave you with a whole new perspective into the world of winemaking in the Finger Lakes.
Purhasing 4 of 5 sessions at once will activate Member Pricing.
*All tastings are from 1-3pm in Billsboro’s Library Room.
During this session, Chef Brud Holland will provide us with a fabulous charcuterie spread to pair with our Dry Riesling and Riesling.
