2011 Plein Air Festival at Billsboro Winery

Billsboro's Fourth Annual Plein Air Festival took place the weekend of August 11-14, 2010. Nineteen artists participated and each captured local fingerlakes scenes 'en plein air' style at Billsboro and the surrounding area of Geneva, NY.

Several of the artists participated in a 'paint-off' competition at the Geneva Lakefront adjacent to the Chamber of Commerce. The paintings were hung wet late Saturday afternoon and viewed by those who attended the Gala that evening. Each artist submitted two paintings for adjudication, and many of these sold in a silent auction.
